If the tracking for your shipment shows "Delivered" but the box was either not delivered or cannot be found, there are a few things to know:
Most boxes which are incorrectly delivered will be correctly delivered the next day.
Some carriers may mark packages "Delivered" the morning they are scheduled to be dropped off.
If the box does not show up in 24 hours after showing delivered, we can request a "trace" to locate the package. Please send us a message with your order number and we can start the process.
Remember - you're covered if the box cannot be found or is damaged! If the package is declared lost we will reship the order to you. Please give 7-10 business days for the trace investigation to finish.
