My order is late, what can you do?

Please contact us if your order missed its delivery date.  If the order is delayed due to an issue in transit, it may be possible for us to recoup some shipping costs.  Please note, however, that the delivery date is not guaranteed in cases of dangerous weather, states of emergency or other special circumstances.
